The Story

I don't think anyone pictures meeting their future husband in a bar but that is exactly what happened. After many years of me paling around with my best friend Gail and always hearing about her brothers, whom I'd never met them. Funny, I thought that was for a reason. Hahaha! Joel had been told by a couple of his friends that he needed to meet a girl they knew. Funny again, that girl was me.

It was a night out with my friend Sara and on the way home she said lets hit one more bar. Well, in the hills the closest bar is the VC. We stopped in for one more beer and she knew a few guys that were playing pool. She was excited to see Joel there and pointed him out to me. I remembered her talking about him and also remembered Gail's brother's name was Joel so I introduced myself.

I found a new best friend and love of my life in a bar!!!!!! Hilarious!!! Now, after four years, on August 29th, 2009 we will be spending our lives together.
